WESTCLIFF Rugby Club held its annual dinner-dance at the end of last month and raised almost £1,000 for the Aaron Lewis Foundation in the process.
The cash – a total of £970 – was generated on the night by a fantastic raffle with more than 55 prizes.
ALF Trustee Helen Lewis, who attended the event on November 24th, said: “We want to say a massive thank you to WRFC and those who organised the dinner-dance for both a brilliant evening and for raising a wonderful amount of money for the Foundation.
“Our thanks also go to all the businesses and individuals who donated the raffle prizes.”
The dinner-dance was organised by Diane Mahoney, Heidi Cooper, Alison Savage and Emma Tremain along with Ana Ribeiro and Kate Courtier.
