Amidst all the excitement of the ALF10s, two supporters sacrificed the evening festivities in favour of an early night ahead of the 2015 Southend Half Marathon.
Tara Stone and Helen Northwood both ran their first ever half marathon this morning in a more than impressive 2hr 14 mins, crossing the line together in ALF colours.
To date they have more than doubled their fundraising target, but their JustGiving page is still available here.
Congratulations and thank you to Helen and Tara for their fundraising efforts – rumour has it they have caught the running bug and are already looking to their next challenge!
